The concept is quite important.
"absorbed by poor people who think it's uncool to be educated"
This notion is what prevents people in the *information age* from allowing themselves... *allowing themselves*.... access to the incredible breadth of knowledge humanity has compiled. Not even to ultimately glorify the knowledge of humans beyond all other - we have access to *natural* knowledge as well! How beautiful to learn of glaciers, to learn of deep sea, to look far into the cosmos, to conceptualize the water table, etc etc its a wonderful world to experience! To view aspects of nature inaccessible otherwise...
But such vision is not for certain demographics... if people accept the arbitrary labels placed upon them for arbitrary reasons - they may not look beyond music videos, entertainment media, sports... and as such be exposed to a series of images with a clear intent: manipulation.
The forest is not "manipulative"... to see it one will not be forced to accept cultural stereotypes - consequently enforcing the concept in future dealings... who in such a setting would even conceive of such a thing?
But, as said... its "uncool" to be, I'd use the word: "intelligent". Education they dole out freely - education in the form of programming. Intelligent people can think through the fallacious claims, educated people merely know the information - many educated people don't know WHY they know, but they act accordingly... that is, one may be quite well educated regarding (reality TV show family, sports team, actor, propaganda news outlet, carefully curated talk shows, game shows, video games of complete immersion...) as they have come to that information episodically and repetitiously for often times the majority of waking life... they have gathered education - particularly the knowledge that brings their return to such presentation, but the intelligence to find a generally better course of action has not been encouraged - rather discouraged, likely within the content of the presentation.. as.. its "uncool" to be "intelligent".
Thus... many would never start such a video as this... and if they did, they would block the information presented by the internal dialogue amounting to "this isn't for me!"... such is the source of a variety of "mental illness": a suggestion that overrides the acceptance of reality and prevents/alters analysis.
As the information is laid out... none need be a "director" in this age... we must only break people from the vicious cycle that prevents them from freely exploring the great truth of existence. As they freely explore they will naturally break out of the patterns set forth for them by those who wish to control and dominate the human domain.
